The "scrumptious" beds at this "inviting" recently renovated chain link are so "comfy" you might not want to leave the room, unless it's to take the shuttle to the Mall of America (six miles away) or drive into Downtown (11 miles); but there are other reasons to stay on-site, including a complimentary 24-hour fitness facility, a large "fantastic" indoor pool with hot tub and the Nine Mile Grill restaurant – all serviced by a "courteous" staff that "caters to your needs"; though some say it's "too far" from Downtown, the majority has such a "positive experience" they "would stay here again."

No phone book in room. Strange.

Nice pool area to sit and visit and watch the kids. Not hot and stuffy.
It's getting a little old, but they are keeping it up to date.

Nice hotel, great pool and sitting area. Right off of 494. Good restaurants in walking distance. Getting a little old, but they have it updated. Fun for the family. Would be happy to stay again.

The beds & bedding were very comfortable.
No extra toilet paper.

Large hotel, large pool, large whirlpool. Had to travel 15 floors down to get to the pool area. Pool was cold, whirlpool was not that great. The jets were few and far between.

This was a great place to stay for what we needed. The hotel staff was very generous, and provided a comfortable stay. Had to use key to activate the elevator.

I was extremely pleased with my stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was a warm feeling being there. I felt it was in a spot that was easy to access many attractions.
